We can’t thank James and his team enough. We were left in a real mess by a previous roofer who took a chunk of cash and left us without a roof. James managed to fit us in and didn’t take advantage of us being in such a predicament. The quality of the work done by all the team is exceptional, Nathan kept me updated on what was going to be done that day and what had been done at the end of the day. The job was left clean and tidy, they were all polite and extremely hard working. They went above and beyond to help us out, they made suggestions to save us money where we could and the roof looks great. A few months ago I thought I wouldn’t want to deal with a roofer ever again, but after the positive experience from Hollyfield Roofing, I would be more than happy to recommend them. Thanks guys!

Top job guys. The best thing about these guys is that they are quite reliable. James always answers your calls promptly. My roof gutters had vegetation growing in them and they needed thorough cleaning. James and Kramer were really professional and got the job done with great satisfaction. I forgot to mention them about my conservatory roof gutters and they cleaned them without any qualms and extra cost. Thank you guys. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service. We had a roof tile down and Hollyfield roofing were out to us within 24hours of making a call. In this weather it was much appreciated that they were able to assess the job and fix it there and then. Very friendly service too.

Fantastic Service! Called up and came on Friday to look and give a Quote on a roof leak that I had along with misaligned Tiles. He stated he can start Saturday afternoon, came very promptly completed the job with his lads! Told me everything that was wrong and fixed it all. Hollyfield roofing is the only person I would use going forward! Great work , very nice person and a reasonable price!

I contacted James after searching via Google and based on the excellent reviews gave him a call. He came out the same day to repair/replace the gutter which was leaking and cleaned out the downspout that was blocked. Both James and his son did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend James to anyone who needs a thorough and excellent job doing. 5star Service!😀

I contacted James based on reviews online. It started on the Sunday with the "I've been in the loft for the Christmas decorations and......." call. James came out that afternoon to investigate and by Thursday I had roofing felt replaced, box end and gutters repaired and cleaned and porch flashing fixed. I can't thank James and his son enough. Honest, reliable and friendly. Good price too. What more can I say....oh, yes, it would be great if he was a plumber and an electrician too

Came last Friday to repair the verge of rear outrigger of my property. James and Kramer did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Turned up when he said he would to assess the job and also to complete the work. I highly recommend their experience and expertise

Over the Christmas period James came to sort quite a few issues out with my kitchen and main roof. He took me through and showed me what the issues were and once completed shown me what they had done. On the same night he rang to check to see if there were any leaking and to get in touch if there was any. With all the weather we have had since Christmas Eve, i have still been leak free. A great service and a reasonable price. I would highly reccomend and i would happily use again for any future work.

I rang the Hollyfield roofing team & they came the next day. They sorted the cracked and missing slates quickly. I asked them to assess other areas too as I thought I might potentially had a leak and turns out I did. Very reasonably priced and good work done to the roof. Very happy with the company I'll definitely use them again, cheers.

Nicest guy you could hope to meet. I found James' company online and he was very quick to come and assess the job. For the whole time I've lived at my address I've had issues with the roof leaking - my ridge tiles needed swapping out and the existing felt was old, cracking and in need of replacement. James could've easily insisted that I'd need new tiles as part of the job and I'd have been none the wiser. He said there'd be no issues reusing the ones we have though and my bank balance is all the happier for it. Any time I've wanted to speak to him, he's always answered and he couldn't have been more helpful. He didn't take payment before starting the job and with his son they've removed our tiles, fitted a modern membrane, rebattoned, refitted the tiles (replacing any that were needed) and replaced our old ridge tiles. A recent downpour has been a perfect test of the work carried out and there are no issues to report whatsoever. They've done a great job and I'm really pleased. James maintained contact after the work was complete and I've no doubt he'd have been quick to address anything if needed. I'll be getting back in touch to get our guttering done next and I'm glad to have James as a contact now for all our future work - thank you!

Called Hollyfield roofing solely based on reviews here, and wasn't disappointed. Had 2 leak issues with the house - one caused by the chimney stack (in very poor condition) and another caused by guttering. James and his son did a fantastic job, very efficient and pleasant to work with. Explained everything I needed to know, and got straight to work. Clearly both are very experienced and skilled. I'm very happy to have the house in a much better state. Excellent price, I was expecting it might be more to be honest (the house is elevated above a regular height etc). Will definitely use again for any future work, and I can highly recommend. Dr S (Blackburn).

Absolutely first class service and work, and a genuinely nice guy - this is one of those cases where Google really needs a 5*+ rating. My 95yo father was getting damp into an upstairs bedroom, which I'd identified as coming from the roof, and which was causing mould in the bedroom. We'd tried to get hold of other roofers to fix the problems, but with no success. I phoned James at lunchtime on Tuesday and left a message. He returned the call at 15:30 the same day. He looked at Dad's roof that evening, called me back and we agreed a very reasonable price. Around 15:15 the next day, James phoned me to say that the work was complete, sent photos to show exactly what the problems had been and what had been done. Honestly, I'm lost for words, and I can't speak highly enough about these guys - the communication, efficiency, consideration and work have all been first class. In an industry that's sadly riven with scam artists and charlatans, James and his team stand out as decent, honest, and capable workmen who take pride in the quality of their work, and take real care of their customers.
